NZRS was created to enable both national and local clients to have one central contact which will plan or action a timely and appropriate response to their needs, with on call technicians ready to respond in those situations where time is of the utmost importance in limiting damage and returning your site to a timely pre loss condition or for those scheduled maintenance carpet and upholstery cleaning requirements.
NZRS restoration, carpet cleaning, and decontamination technicians all take part in our development programmes to ensure that all our responses throughout the country are to best practice or industry standards. Technicians have access to ongoing technical training including IICRC, RIA, Amdecon and Health & Safety training programmes.
Our unique training program is the first of its kind to be introduced into New Zealand. Our NZRS training program, gives our crews the skills and practical experience to be able respond to floods, fire, smoke, carpet damage, mould, meth & ‘P’ contaminated sites.
Health & Safety is a leading factor in our training programmes and delivery of any work we undertake so you can be assured we will keep your site, property and your people safe.
